Mentors in Modeling & Role‑Modeling

Updated February, 2016

The Society for the Advancement of Modeling and Role-Modeling offers mentoring services for individuals or groups who need assistance in utilizing the theory in practice, research, or education.

Mentoring vs. Consulting

  • Mentoring: Providing expertise to individuals/organizations without compensation. This is a short-term arrangement that does not require expense for the mentor.
  • Consulting: Providing expertise to individuals/organizations with compensation. This is a negotiated arrangement between the individual consulting and the institution. SAMRM is not involved in consulting arrangements.
